Getting started

What to expect when you first reach out to us.

What does an initial consultation involve?+
An initial consultation is a confidential conversation at no cost to you. We take time to understand your goals, your current financial position, and what you are looking for from an advisory relationship. From there, we explain how we would approach your situation and what working with us would look like.
How quickly can I expect a response after making an enquiry?+
We respond to all enquiries within one business day. We prioritise getting back to you promptly so that you are not left waiting, and we take every enquiry seriously regardless of its size or complexity.
Can I speak with an advisor before committing to anything?+
Absolutely. We always recommend a conversation before any engagement begins. It allows us to understand your situation and ensures that we are the right fit for your needs. This initial discussion is at no cost to you.
Are consultations available in person and remotely?+
Yes. We offer consultations in person at our offices and via video call. We work with clients nationally and internationally, and we are comfortable holding detailed, sensitive financial conversations in a secure remote format. The relationship matters more than the geography.

Our independence

Understanding what it means that we are fully independent.

Are you truly independent?+
Yes. We hold no distribution agreements and sell no proprietary financial products. We operate without institutional targets, panel restrictions, or any third-party incentives. Every recommendation is shaped entirely by your situation and objectives. Our independence is not a marketing claim — it is the foundation of our practice.
How do you select the products and providers you recommend?+
We research the whole market for each client on each specific need. That means we are not limited to a panel of approved providers or tied to any insurer, fund manager, or platform. We recommend what we genuinely believe to be the most suitable solution for your individual circumstances.
Do you receive commissions from product providers?+
Our compensation depends on the kind of service provided and is always discussed and agreed with you in full before any work begins — we never ask for payment upfront. For investment and wealth management services, compensation is in most cases calculated from the returns generated within your portfolio, aligning our interests directly with yours. For other service areas such as protection or mortgage arrangements, a different structure may apply, and this will always be explained clearly before any engagement commences.

Fees & charges

How we structure and explain our costs.

How do you charge for your services?+
Our compensation structure depends on the nature of the service provided. It is always discussed and agreed in full before any work begins, and we never ask for payment upfront. For investment and wealth management services, compensation is in most cases tied directly to the performance of your portfolio — we only do well when you do. For other services, the applicable arrangement will be clearly explained before any engagement commences.
Is the initial consultation free of charge?+
Yes. Your initial consultation is always provided at no cost to you. We believe you should be able to assess whether we are the right fit before committing to an engagement.
What size of investment or engagement do you work with?+
It depends entirely on your circumstances, objectives, and current market conditions — we work with clients at different stages of their financial journey, from those building their first investment portfolio to those managing substantial multigenerational wealth. We will tell you honestly in an initial conversation whether we are the right match for your current position.

Our services

What we cover and how we work across disciplines.

Can you help with both personal and business financial matters?+
Yes — this is one of our core strengths. Many of our clients benefit from coordinated advice across their personal and business finances. Our multi-service structure means a single team can address the full picture rather than siloed, disconnected advice from multiple providers.
Do you work with clients who already have existing investments or policies?+
Yes. Many clients come to us with an existing portfolio, pension, or suite of policies that they would like reviewed. We conduct an objective assessment of what is in place, identify any gaps or inefficiencies, and make recommendations — whether that means retaining, consolidating, or replacing what you have.
Do you offer mortgage advice for complex or unusual situations?+
Yes. We have access to the full lending market including specialist lenders who work with complex income structures, self-employed clients, foreign nationals, limited company arrangements, and high-value properties. If your situation does not fit a high street lender's criteria, we are well placed to find the right solution.
Where are you based and who do you serve?+
We serve clients nationally and internationally. Consultations are available in person and remotely. We work with clients wherever they are — what matters to us is the quality of the relationship and the quality of the advice we provide, not physical proximity.
